Along with partner Chris Corbin, Jeremy opened Le Caprice, The Ivy and J.Sheekey and went on to open The Wolseley in November 2003. The Wolseley quickly gained a reputation as London’s most magnificent all-day dining Grand Café. Further restaurants followed with The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel, Colbert, Fischer’s, The Beaumont ( C&K’s first Hotel) and Bellanger.
